Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting product requirements from stakeholders and customers
Support the creation and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring items are clearly defined and prioritized
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to understand technical constraints and market opportunities
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives using Agile methodologies
Analyze user feedback, behavioral data, and metrics to inform product decisions and improvements
Help communicate product vision and roadmap to internal teams and external stakeholders
Conduct user research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
Support the definition of acceptance criteria and user stories for development teams
Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Participate in product discovery sessions and brainstorming activities to drive innovation

Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Familiarity with data analysis tools or SQL
Previous internship or entry-level experience in product management, product marketing, or related field
Experience conducting user interviews or gathering customer feedback
Knowledge of the Finnish market or Nordic business environment
Exposure to analytics platforms and metrics interpretation
Experience with wireframing or prototyping tools
Foundational knowledge of product management principles and practices
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and initiatives
Detail-oriented approach to requirements gathering and documentation
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools
Basic understanding of technical concepts and software development processes
