Director of Quality

Job Summary: The Director of Quality provides strategic leadership for overall quality for the Ceramics Business Unit in alignment with corporate goals and objectives. This role is accountable for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of production processes, business systems, and the quality management system across domestic and international operations. The position includes Business Unit quality responsibility for the Delaware, Connecticut, California, and Vietnam sites. The position drives operational excellence, cost reduction, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, RBA, sustainability, and organizational capability. The position reports to the Vice President and General Manager of the Ceramics Business unit.
