 The Position

We are looking for an Account Coordinator to support the successful operational delivery and continued growth of one of our key Job&Talent Global Clients.

Responsibilities

● Managing worker bookings on a daily basis in line with the clients requirements and adhering to parameters that are set

● Ensuring worker hours are recorded and inputted into the internal payroll system accurately

● Temporaries Management: Daily check ins, managing absence, return to work interviews, managing attendance & performance and conducting disciplinaries.

● Dealing with colleagues queries

● Good planning and organisation skills

● Ensuring compliance in all areas

● Ambition and determination to succeed

 

A successful candidate will have

● 1 year of experience in a coordination, recruitment, or site support role within a high-volume staffing or logistics environment.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and resolve issues effectively

● A high level of attention to detail

● Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships

● The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

● A proactive, problem-solving approach to decision-making
