About the Role
As our Customer Care & Retail Trainer, you will be the person who makes our Customer Care agents and showroom staff genuinely great at what they do - talking to customers, selling with confidence, and knowing the product inside out.
This is a hands-on role. You will run training sessions, travel to showrooms at new openings and product launches, sit with agents to understand where they struggle, and build the materials that scale what you teach. You’re not just designing programmes from a distance - you’re in the room.
You will also own the learning infrastructure: LMS modules, knowledge base content, AI-assisted content production. We want fewer one-off workshops and more scalable learning - and you’ll be the one building it.
What You’ll Do:
Train Customer Care agents and showroom staff on product knowledge and sales techniques - both in-person and remotely
Travel to showrooms for new openings and product launches, and bring back real feedback
Run 1:1 and group coaching sessions; listen to where people get stuck and help them improve
Build e-learning modules in LMS so we’re not reliant on live training for everything
Translate product updates and process changes into content people will actually read and remember
Use AI tools (video generation, automated voiceovers, quizzes) to produce training materials at pace and quality
Gather training needs from teams, Team Leaders, and data - not just gut feeling
Analyse feedback and results: what’s working, what’s not, what to change
Iterate materials based on evidence, not assumptions
