Personal Lines Account Manager – Property & Casualty
Location: Hybrid

RESPONSIBILITIES
What You’ll Do
- Supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence and high‑quality client service
- Partnering with internal teams and carriers to service personal lines accounts
- Managing functional workflows related to renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client requests
- Collecting and analyzing information for new and renewal business and marketing submissions to carriers
- Preparing coverage summaries and supporting proposal development
- Maintaining accurate client records, documentation, and communications in the agency management system
- Analyzing client needs and coverage information to support sound insurance recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, insurance regulations, and confidentiality standards
- Responding promptly and professionally to client and internal partner requests
- Contributing to a collaborative culture that supports colleagues across Alera Group’s national network
QUALIFICATIONS
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in a personal lines account management or client‑facing insurance role
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with clients, carriers, and internal partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Compensation:
Salary range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year

Ability to obtain required licensure within agreed upon timeline after hire
