Job Description
Our cooks at Croix Rooftop are responsible for planning, prepping, and executing food production for all food and beverage (F&B) outlets within the hotel. This role includes creating prep schedules, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored, and coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow. Cooks must follow all safety and sanitation standards and keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times. They also contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes and ensuring all items meet the hotel's standards for quality and presentation. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. *Weekend availability is required. Salary Range $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
