Job Responsibilities:

• Reconcile shipment information between terminal and internal corporate system to make an accurate Load List and submit it to relevant parties via email or EDI platform before vessel cutoff. Perform vessel cleanup after the vessel sails and communicate promptly.
• Handle other vessel related terminal operation related needs as required. Handles urgent or special cases efficiently to improve customer satisfaction and foster mutual benefits.
• Monitor functional mailboxes for E-bill user setup, tracing and rail billing exceptional handling. Resolve the issue via email, chat message or phone call.
• Monitor functional mailbox for tracing and handling exceptional cases such as Export Back Off (dray-off from terminal) and customs holds.
• Provide backup support to the OPS Manager by maintaining close coordination with NAG teams to ensure timely and effective emergency handling. 

Preferred Skills:

• 2-3 years Containerized Shipping industry experience is preferred.
• MS Power Automation knowledge and past use.
• OOCL Enterprise System application knowledge and past use.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for organizing and reviewing data
• Troubleshoots problems regularly using analytical skills
