
Junior Group Purchasing Data Analyst (M/F/X)
Job Description
Eurofins is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Group Purchasing Data Analyst to support its Group Category Management team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate data, tracking KPIs, managing supplier and contract records, and assisting in the preparation of business presentations. You’ll also contribute to tool and process improvements aimed at boosting efficiency and performance. In this role, you will:
- Assist and support the Group Category Management team.
- Update all KPIs in the assigned dashboards at defined intervals.
- Extract, clean, and report data related to sourcing activities across categories.
- Collaborate closely with the Group Master Data and Project teams to ensure complete and accurate data in the Supplier and Item Catalogues.
- Ensure all documents and contract databases are up to date.
- Prepare and update business presentations in coordination with the Category Manager.
- Evaluate the benefits of new tools and support the implementation of new processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Educational background in Business, Finance, or Engineering (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
- 1-2 years of experience as a Purchasing Analyst, Purchasing Controller, or Purchasing Assistant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Fluent in English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex data sets.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (PtP) tools such as Coupa or Ariba or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, set priorities effectively, and work efficiently in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
