Job Requirements

• 千葉工場、下関工場の予実管理、分析

• 月次の業績レポートを作成するとともに、アドホックな分析依頼に対応する。

• 各種財務分析（データ収集・集計・分析）を実施し、各種調査業務を行う。

• 省庁からの各種統計調査対応

• 監査対応サポート（内部・外部監査対応）

• 税務対応サポート

• 財務データの分析的レビューならびに報告（月次）
• 経営情報データベースの管理・更新

• 必要に応じて、RC14001®技術仕様に基づくResponsible Care®マネジメントシステムの導入・維持を支援する。

Competencies

• 財務理論・原則、レポーティングおよび予算管理に関する知識を有し、統計分析に関する理解があること

• 論理的思考能力

• 英語中級

• 表計算ソフトを用いた財務モデリングの基礎知識

• 漢字カタカナひらがなの読み書きを含むビジネスレベルの日本語運用能力

Education/Experience

• ファイナンスのバックグラウンドを有していること

• 製造業における3 年以上のファイナンスに関する職歴
