Job Description

Through direct customer contact and in co-relation with the Sales Department, receive, process, schedule, follow-up and invoice customer orders including transportation scheduling and associated documentation preparation.   Handle customer concerns or complaints and implement corrective actions where required.     This role will be full time office based, located in Mumbai
