SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator plays a key supporting role within the project team, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective document management throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to manage workflows, support compliance efforts, and maintain project documentation and logistics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates degree or equivalent administrative support experience
Decision making, research and analytical problem-solving skills
Time management with the ability to organize, assess and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and demands
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, and interact effectively at all levels within the
organizationProficiency with the latest software
TECHNICAL JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Manages all project documents, including RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, material deliveries, and LEED documentation
Assists in the trade partner bidding process by generating bid lists, soliciting trade partner commitments, issuing bid documents, and collecting bids
Prepares subcontract agreements and purchase orders from drafts provided by the project team
Provides overall administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining meeting notes, and issuing meeting minutes
Prepares and monitors tracking logs for contract documents, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, material deliveries, and LEED documentation
Collects closeout documents including O&M’s, warranties, as-built drawings, and LEED documentation
Actively participates and promotes a collaborative environment with project stakeholders
Manages project priorities, organizes workflow, and plans for future tasks and projects

The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00DAVIS is committed to providing our employees with a competitive total compensation package that enhances your quality of life.
