
Senior Data Analyst
Job Description

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll partner directly with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions that influence strategy, performance, and decision-making across multiple functions and markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytics, business consulting, and storytelling to drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You'll Do
Partner with business leaders across Travel, Member Services, Human Resources, Compensation, and Operations to deliver actionable insights and analytical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data products using Tableau, SQL, AWS, Snowflake, SharePoint, and other enterprise data platforms.
Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Perform analysis to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and operational improvement initiatives.
Lead end-to-end delivery of analytics projects, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
Collaborate with business and technology partners to resolve data quality, reporting, and process challenges.
Develop and maintain documentation, data definitions, and reporting standards.
Support executive leadership with ad hoc analysis, performance reporting, forecasting, and business reviews.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
What You'll Need
Strong experience with Tableau dashboard development and data visualization best practices.
Strong SQL skills with the ability to develop complex queries and data transformations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business questions.
Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience supporting operational reporting, performance management, incentive programs, workforce analytics, or financial reporting is preferred.
Experience working with enterprise data platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, SharePoint, or similar technologies is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$92,600.00 - $123,600.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
