The  Honolulu Police Department is hiring a Labor Relations Specialist II in Honolulu. This positions  performs a variety of technical work in the resolution of grievances. What You Will Do: Manage grievance processes across all collective bargaining agreements and Civil Service procedures, including planning, coordination, and oversight.
