
Ecommerce Specialist & Marketing Support
Job Description
- Coordinate with platform enablers to maintain Bosch Official Stores across key marketplaces and ecommerce platforms.
- Monitor product availability, pricing accuracy, promotional mechanics, and stock health together with relevant teams.
- Support planning and execution of platform campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities to drive traffic and conversion.
- Proactively manage and monitor investments into platform marketing tools, ads, and visibility programs to improve ROI and sellout performance.
- Track ecommerce performance metrics including traffic, conversion, GMV, campaign effectiveness, and visibility ranking.
- Support ecommerce administration including campaign submissions, internal coordination, reporting, and documentation.
- Support regular updates and maintenance of the Bosch Indonesia website, including product information, banners, and campaign assets.
- Coordinate with digital agencies on media planning, campaign assets, captions, and execution timelines.
- Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and comments in coordination with the marketing team and agency partners.
- Assist in managing KOL activities including briefing, content review, scheduling, and tracking deliverables.
- Regularly benchmark competitor campaigns, communication styles, promotional activities, and digital positioning.
- Provide observations and recommendations on Bosch brand communication and positioning opportunities within the Indonesian market.
- 2–5 years of experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, FMCG durable goods, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Familiarity with marketplace ecosystems, platform enablers, online promotions, and ecommerce operations.
- Good understanding of digital campaigns, social media management, KOL coordination, and online consumer engagement.
- Comfortable working with campaign reports, performance tracking, benchmarking, and data analysis.
- Strong coordination and communication capability with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools. Basic understanding of analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
