Are you looking to build hands-on experience in People & HR? We’re offering a 3-4 month internship with our People team in Marrakech, designed for students completing their studies as part of a school partnership.
This internship opportunity sits within our People (HR) function, where you’ll support the day-to-day running of core HR operations. It’s a great opportunity to gain practical experience in HR administration, data management, and compliance within a global, purpose-led travel company.
You’ll be responsible for:

Supporting HR data management and maintaining accurate employee records

Assisting with HR administration and documentation processes

Helping ensure compliance across employee files and processes

Supporting internal communication and coordination with teams

Assisting with day-to-day People team tasks and operations
This is a great opportunity to gain real exposure to HR in a fast-paced, international environment.
We’re looking for someone who:

Is currently studying (or recently graduated) in HR, Business, or a related field

Can commit to a 3–4 month internship as part of a school agreement

Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with data and processes

Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel

Has strong written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language

Is organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks

Enjoys working collaboratively and building relationships across teams
Nice to have:

Experience in event coordination or administration

Exposure to process improvement or supporting operational changes
