Claims Representative

As a Claims Representative, you will be responsible for taking first reports of accidents from drivers, assigning adjusters as needed, entering claim details into the system, notifying third-party administrators, and completing all required follow-up. This role also supports the management, analysis, processing, and reporting of insurance and self-insurance claims. You will assist in assessing, investigating, and resolving claims to minimize overall liability, collaborate with outside legal counsel and third-party claims administrators, and report loss history and trends to safety, operations, and executive leadership.
