- Job Type: Full-time / W-2 Employment
- Compensation structure: $45 per completed session
- Clear path to higher earnings immediately upon full licensure $55 per completed session
- Clinical supervision included for multiple tracks (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT)

- CEU Support: We conduct in person classes in our clinics to meet CEU renewal requirements. For additional flexibility we also include a TPN.health account or virtual continuing education

- Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on clinical experience and client needs.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within our EHR system.
- Active participation in individual/group supervision and team consultation meetings.
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with Georgia licensure requirements.
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Associate licensure (LAPC, LMSW, AMFT) or immediate license eligibility in the state of Georgia.
- A strong desire to work toward full, independent licensure.
- Excellent communication, boundary-setting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic group practice culture.
