About the Role
The People Operations Generalist is the lead HR operations execution partner for our Clinical workforce. Working hand in hand with the People Operations team, this role is responsible for bringing structure, accuracy, and care to the day-to-day HR operations that support our clinical employees, in addition to other special projects. This role sits at the center of the clinical employee experience, ensuring that every touchpoint, from new hire onboarding through offboarding and everything in between, is executed with precision and a service-first mindset. You will help translate strategic direction into operational reality, owning the Workday business processes, onboarding program, compliance training workflows, and HR support channels that keep the organization running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in doing the details well, enjoys being a trusted resource for employees and cross-functional partners alike, and is energized by the opportunity to help clinical providers focus on what they do best: delivering world-class care.
