Brief Role Description
Sustainability is a key component of our corporate strategy and is becoming increasingly important due to regulatory requirements and rising societal expectations. As a working student (m/f/d) in Facility Management with a focus on Sustainability Management, you will support our team in further developing and implementing related initiatives.
The hourly wage of a working student is €17.50.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Support the further development of the sustainability strategy and environmental management within Facility Management
- Contribute to energy management, particularly by analyzing energy consumption and deriving optimization measures
- Evaluate and prepare sustainability data (e.g., energy, CO₂, ESG KPIs)
- Support ESG reporting as well as presentations and reports
- Participate in sustainability and efficiency projects in building operations
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and current sustainability trends
- Maintain and further develop internal data and documentation systems
- Support emergency management activities
Qualification requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field
- Availability for at least 6 months
- Analytical and structured working style
- Team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
