We're looking for an organized, proactive, and service-oriented Administrative Assistant who enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes while contributing to a mission that makes a meaningful impact.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of the International and Graduate Programs office, providing essential administrative support to the Director of International and Graduate Programs, the Associate Dean, and the broader IGP team. If you enjoy coordinating details, solving problems, supporting others, and being a trusted resource, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

  • Preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials.
  • Maintaining records and ensuring information is organized, accurate, and confidential.
  • Anticipating needs, solving problems, and helping the team stay focused on strategic priorities.

What Makes You Successful

You are someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, thrives in a collaborative environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional support. You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
