(Senior) Actuarial Analyst
Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform actuarial pricing and ongoing monitoring of Employee Benefits (Group Life and Group Medical) Liaise with reinsurer for reinsurance management Monitor EB product profitability and claims performance and provide statistical insights to stakeholders Streamline and automate internal and regulatory data reporting Perform experience study & assumption review and maintain data inventory Communicate clearly with other teams to ensure business objectives are met Support ad hoc projects and initiatives Qualifications: University graduate, major in Actuarial Science/Mathematics/Statistics 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry, person with less experience will be considered for the actuarial analyst position Strong working experience using MS Excel and programming languages, preferably in Python, R and SQL Details oriented and with great time management and prioritization skills Strong communication skills, particularly relating to business considerations and using non-technical jargon A solid understanding of insurance products and reinsurance are highly preferred Good command of spoken and written English In pursuit of actuarial qualification About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide
