Senior Director, Distribution Sales, Greater China

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Achieve GC distribution annual revenue goal and DW$ target  
  • Develop GC distribution strategy/growth initiative and implement the strategy flawlessly to gain in-house share in each distribution
  • Drive mass market demand creation progress through regular review and joint customer visit
  • Enhance distribution engagement with NXP GC field team and maintain distribution executive relationship
  • Plan and coordinate corporate initiatives through collaborating with corporate marketing team
  • Build stronger CAM team through coaching and development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above Degree in Electrical Engineering or related
  • At least 8 years’ sales management experience in semiconductor industry
  • Be familiar with automotive and industrial market in China, mass market development and management experience is preferred
  • Good leadership with strong influence power  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to present results and future objectives to senior levels of organization and offerings.
  • Result driven, teamwork attitude
