Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI / ML Recruiter who has a proven track record placing top-tier Machine Learning, AI Research, and Applied Engineering talent. This role requires someone who can operate in a fast-moving environment, partner closely with highly technical hiring managers, and deliver world-class candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across AI/ML functions (Research, Applied ML, ML Platform, Optimization, Distributed Training, AI Performance Engineering, etc.)
- Engage, assess, and close senior-level technical talent in a competitive market
- Partner with engineering leadership to scope roles, calibrate profiles, and drive high-quality hiring decisions
- Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Track and analyze funnel metrics to optimize hiring outcomes
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience at every stage
Requirements
- 4+ years recruiting in Machine Learning, AI Research, or Deep-Tech environments
- Strong understanding of ML concepts (LLMs, distributed training, model optimization, data pipeline architecture, etc.)
- Experience supporting fast-growing startups or high-performance technical orgs
- Proven ability to close niche technical talent in competitive markets
- Excellent communication, calibration, and stakeholder-management skills
