Role Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound member communications

  • Schedule and manage virtual appointments

  • Deliver online presentations to individuals who have requested benefit information

  • Complete digital applications and required documentation

  • Maintain accurate records and uphold quality standards

  • Use basic computer systems and online tools efficiently

  • Participate in professional development and leadership training programs


Candidate Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach

  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals and teams

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required

  • Comfortable working collaboratively in a team environment

  • Authorized to work in the United States and/or Canada
