Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Inspecting and packing/unpacking parts, cleaning, machine restarts (molding and assembly), transporting and delivering parts, tracking materials delivered using batch traceability, notifying of re-order points, addressing machine faults and creating/maintaining/verifying documentation.
- May be responsible for maintaining/updating charts, batch traceability, and log documentation.
- Performs dimensional/visual checks and dispositions products.
- Transport material to secondary systems for processing (grinding and vacuum systems).
- Performs laundry activities.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

- Must have basic computer skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must have the ability to read and understand job instructions and part specifications and must be able to visually detect defects.
- Must be able to write legibly and use a numbering system.
- Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred in electrical, mechanical, or control applications.
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required, experience in GMP Manufacturing environment preferred.
Language Skills: Must be able to understand, speak, read and write English in order to comply with necessary SOP’s, SPEC’s, Job-specific training materials, GMP’s, and other manuals.
Physical Demands:
- Must not be allergic to Penicillin or Cephalosporin Drugs.
- Requires walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, standing, climbing, and carrying parts.
- Requires long periods of standing/walking (up to but not to exceed 12 hours).
- Must be able to handle chemicals safely.
- Must be able to safely operate a motorized vehicle (walkie, walkie rider, walkie lift).
- Duties may require overtime work, including nights and weekends.
