Program Manager

QinetiQ US is looking to hire an experienced Program Manager to oversee developmental programs at our Franklin, MA production facility. In this position, the ideal candidate will manage design, development, manufacturing, test and installation activities for commercial and Department of Defense projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for initiating projects by directly working with customer/sponsors to define top level scope and overall objectives, and ensure effective management of the project by meeting contract requirements, producing high quality deliverables, achieving company financial objectives, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
