We are looking for a dependable and skilled individual with carpentry/ maintenance experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with residential and/or commercial construction projects and be able to work independently as well as part of a crew.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general carpentry/ maintenance work, including framing, trim, and finish work
- Read and follow construction plans and measurements
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Assist with remodeling, repairs, and new construction projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Previous carpentry or maintenance experience required
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong attention to detail and work quality
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
