Manager Training

The Training Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact learning programs that support multiple lines of business across two Las Vegas office locations. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive capability building, improve performance outcomes, and facilitate leadership-level training content. The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator, strategic thinker, and skilled in leveraging tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint to manage and scale learning solutions.
