The Channel Goal Planning & Measurement Analyst supports the Goal Planning and Measurement team by assisting with the development and maintenance of branch network scorecards and reporting. The role focuses on maintaining accurate data, supporting goal planning activities, and providing insights through basic analysis and reporting.

 

The Analyst works with the team to help ensure goals and scorecards are implemented effectively and supports the overall performance tracking of the Canadian Retail Bank. All activities must follow internal policies and regulatory requirements.

 

Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:

 

  • Support a customer-focused culture by helping deliver accurate and timely reporting to the branch network
  • Assist in maintaining monthly scorecards, including data updates, validation, and basic quality checks
  • Help track and support branch network targets across key performance metrics (e.g., sales, growth, customer metrics)
  • Provide support for goal planning activities, including data preparation and updates to tracking files
  • Assist in responding to questions from the branch network related to scorecards and performance results
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to provide performance insights
  • Support PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates and business reviews
  • Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks within timelines
  • Follow established processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines

 

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:

 

  • University degree or college diploma in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic understanding of retail banking or branch operations is an asset
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work with data accurately
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data handling, formulas, basic analysis)
  • Experience creating presentations in PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment
  • Motivated, organized, and willing to learn
