About you:
You are an ambitious hard-working individual with drive and a passion for all things sales. You’ll be looking for a company in which you can progress, showcase your skills and experience and make a difference.
You will be working in Business Development Team specifically with the Enterprise Level Accounts (Top Tier) creating fully qualified Opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team to Close. The BDR Team is split into multiple software companies (sectors) and tiers.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Lead Generation & Account Management: Identify and create fully qualified sales opportunities within Tier 1 accounts and mapping whitespace strategically.
• Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to strategically target top-tier accounts with defined messaging, utilising Access' sales enablement technology and best practice techniques
• Performance & Leadership: Achieve individual monthly and quarterly KPIs whilst acting as a role model to the mid-market SDR team and contributing to wider sales goals
• Professional Development: Maintain expertise in Access' services and industry trends, participate in exhibitions and meetings with occasional overnight travel requirements

• Sales Expertise: Proven sales experience, ideally in opportunity generation roles with a passion for technology
