As a Sales Coach, you are responsible for:


Floor Management

  • Keeping the floor engaged through consistent celebrations, reminders, departments, and updates

  • Making sure that sales visuals are present and accessible to all team members on the floor

  • Run observations for real-time floor activities, including but not limited to: Sales Huddles, Real-time interventions, SBS sessions, Floor walks

  • Run power hours as needed

  • Ensure that TLs and OMs are apprised of the running attainment and percentage to goals

Behavioral Development

  • Coach TLs and TMs alike on sales-related skills: TL Coaching Sessions, TL Skill Transfer Sessions, TL Sales Behaviors, TM Sales Behaviors

  • Run observations and act as the quality POC for support level immersions

  • Apprise OMs, TLs, and Sr. Leadership of key behaviors that will be the focus for the campaign at any given time, for example: Run a program targeting one specific Sales Skill per month, Run interventions for outliers, Serve as the SME for all things Sales Skill development
