Position Overview
We're seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the evolution of our Workflow capabilities within the Mendix platform. In this role, you'll drive customer and business value by defining and executing product strategies and roadmaps that translate market opportunities into measurable outcomes. You'll work with customers to deliver a portfolio of agentic enterprise orchestration capabilities that deliver maximum value, while ensuring our AI smart assistant, Maia, offers the best orchestration generation possible. You'll lead the product journey from initial ideation through launch and beyond, collaborating closely with stakeholders to shape business orchestration capabilities through BPMN-compatible workflows and microflows. This is an opportunity to innovate together with customers, manage product-market fit, and become fluent in the broader Mendix product ecosystem.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is €100,000 to €105,000 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
