Job Description
- Translate ETRM / Endur requirements into actionable project backlogs
- Align with Head of IT Operations on L2and L3 backlog integration
- Facilitate project prioritization and stakeholder sessions
- Support project delivery by clarifying requirements and acceptance criteria
- Define and promote BA best practices and delivery methods
- Manage and mentor a team of BAs, ensuring quality and consistency
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within energy trading or financial markets
- Strong knowledge of ETRM systems (Endur preferred) and trading lifecycle processes
- Proven experience leading business analysis activities across multiple projects
- Ability to manage priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and backlog management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
- Exposure to system integration and data flow design is an advantage
