Job Description
Performs a full range of nursing services; Provides direct patient care during appointments for pre and post-surgical care; Documents complete nursing notes into the patient record; Prepares patient chart in advance with information appropriate for that particular visit

Functions: Directs patients through their appointment and provides nursing services during care
Makes decisions in collaboration with the physicians, regarding urgency of care needs
Triages emergency care situations to the appropriate provider and scheduling of acute care appointments to maximize patient care
Maintains the flow of the provider schedule during patient care sessions to minimize patient wait time
Provides back up to the physicians for patient care follow up needs
Salary Range:
$35.34-$45.12 an hour
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job’s compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
