Pay: Commission-based Pay plan Estimated Annually $46,500 - $154,000
Schedule: We require open availability to work any day/shift
Business Hours: Monday - Sunday: 9am - 9pm

What You'll Do
- Respond to phone, text, emails and chats in a timely and professional manner.
- Convert leads into showroom appointments
- Build strong customer relationships and provide prompt follow ups
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
- Manage customer communications through our CRM system
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
What You'll Bring
- Auto Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales experience: REQUIRED
- Experience in appointment setting and sales performance
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven
- CRM experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
Total Rewards
The annual estimated earning range for this position is $46,500 - $154,000 . This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
