We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead and inspire our talented team of Design, Configuration Management (CM), and Design Quality Assurance (DQA) teams. In this pivotal role, you will focus on employee development, project execution, and strategic planning, ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. The scope of work includes new product development, product transition to production, and heritage product sustainment in a DoD environment.Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
