About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Demand Research and Solution Design: Assist sales to deeply understand customer needs, conduct project research and demand data collection, combined with market and industry status, formulate targeted solutions, provide direction for project implementation, ensure solutions fit customer needs and business goals.

Project Coordination and Resource Coordination: Coordinate full project implementation process, organize and coordinate cross-department resources such as warehousing, transportation, distribution, technology, etc., formulate project advancement plans, ensure project required resources arrive on time, promote on-time and high-quality project landing, ensure smooth project implementation.

Project Monitoring and Problem Solving: Monitor project import period and subsequent operation status, track key indicators such as project progress, quality, cost, etc., timely discover and promote solving of problems and risks during project implementation, ensure stable project operation and improve project implementation results.

Project Review and Optimization: After project landing, conduct comprehensive project review, analyze process, system, business, profit and loss, operation quality and other aspects, summarize experience and lessons, promote optimization and improvement by relevant departments, continuously improve project profitability and operation level.

Industry Capability Building and Knowledge Accumulation: From project implementation perspective, promote iterative upgrade of company's various industry standardized solutions, participate in industry research, provide basis for company's industry offensive strategies, help industry capability construction, accumulate project experience and inherit project knowledge.
