Why this role matters
As part of the Sales South Team, you will support the development of Biocodex in Romania by strengthening the company’s presence and partnerships within the pharmacy network.
Your mission: ensure the visibility, availability, and proper recommendation of Biocodex products in pharmacies, acting as a key link between the company and pharmacy partners, while working closely with pharmacists, distributors, and the local Sales team.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
- Ethically promote products to pharmacists;
- Promote commercial offers within the assigned territory in order to maximize the awareness, accessibility, visibility, and recommendation of Biocodex products;
- Create, develop, and strengthen relationships with clients in the assigned area (pharmacies, regional chains, distributors);
- Implement the marketing plan and promotional activities;
- Manage clients from a commercial/business perspective;
- Monitor and analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory;
- Organize and actively participate in medical-related meetings;
- Prepare and submit all reports requested by the direct manager in a timely manner.
What you bring
- A university degree, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field.
- Significant experience of at least 2 years in OTC product sales and promotion to pharmacies, within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong command of MS Office and familiarity with commercial and promotional activities in a regulated environment.
- Good level of English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with pharmacy partners.
- Ability to prioritize activities, work in a structured manner, and ensure consistency between commitments and actions.
- A collaborative working style, combining autonomy, accountability, and strong team spirit.
- A genuine interest in how AI can be applied in business, with a responsible mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and performance.
