As a Business Legal Counsel, you'll provide comprehensive support, including contract management, legal consultation, compliance, and risk management. ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀꜱ ᴏꜰ ʀᴇꜱᴘᴏɴꜱɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ
1. Perform legal support in alignment with company objectives.
2. Draft, review assess and negotiate contract terms, manage contracts based on balance of business opportunities and risks.
3. Collaborate cross-functionally on legal and contract related issues, and to develop solutions.
4. Facilitate legal professional skills from business perspectives, advocate legal insights to stakeholders.
5. Polish/ create group templates and policies, and to provide related trainings.
6. Support/ lead cross-team projects, build independent work results on teamwork ground.
7. Manage administrative tasks for performing works.
8. Identify opportunities for optimization in day-to-day work.
ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛꜱ
–Education: Strong legal background relative
–Professional Certificates/Licenses: US Bar certificate or Taiwan Attorney License a plus.
–Experience: Experience as corporate legal counsel with independent work capability.
–Language: Proficient in Chinese and English.
