Bakery Manager - Assistant

The Assistant Bakery Manager assists with the leadership and motivation of a team of bakers, cake decorators and bakery sales clerks in order to create a destination experience for our guests. They actively fry, mix, proof, bake and merchandise in-store scratch bakery products while they assist guests with product selection and sales. Additionally, they assist with tracking sales, managing the department’s budget, selecting and ordering product, building displays, ordering supplies and managing inventories.
