Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer’s enquiry and complaint through phone, email or live chat etc.
- Formulate and review client notice and working procedure.
- Conduct monitoring and training to uplift service quality.
- Drive process improvement and manage customer service related projects.
- Handle ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Specification:
- At least 3 years relevant working experience.
- University or above is required, in Finance or Economics is preferred.
- Possess SFC type 1 & 2 licenses.
- Energetic, adaptive to change, strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Responsible, self-motivated, independent and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese with fluency in Mandarin.
- Familiar with SFO, Codes and other compliant / regulatory requirements is a plus.
