BIM Specialist I

This is an exciting opportunity to support the implementation of BIM processes while developing 3D models, drawings, and project data, building foundational skills and growing within a leading engineering firm.

What You Will Do
- Assist in the creation and management of 3D BIM models for various project types
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure the proper integration of BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Support the development of project documentation using BIM models
- Assist in clash detection and resolution processes
- Conduct regular checks and updates on BIM models to maintain accuracy
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in BIM, with an understanding of BIM workflows and software
- Basic understanding of BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Familiarity with the principles of BIM execution planning and model coordination
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the BIM field
