Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

In this role, you will contribute to the effectiveness of the Sales department, ensuring smooth operations, clear communication, and alignment with Marriott standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage communications, including calls, emails, and guest interactions
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott Operating Standards to maintain brand integrity
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently and professionally
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee events and presentations with internal teams
  • Facilitate effective communication across departments
  • Prepare meeting materials, attend meetings, and document minutes accurately
  • Monitor office supplies, anticipate needs, and manage procurement processes
  • Ensure proper operation of office equipment and arrange maintenance when required
  • Resolve office-related issues and ensure operational continuity
  • Follow loss prevention procedures and maintain compliance standards
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all matters

  • Needs be very detail oriented, able to adapt and execute projects on shorts notices, prepare reports and offer support to Sales department
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly learn company-specific systems
  • Strong presentation and meeting coordination skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong multitasking skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
