Construction Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for representing Phipps Houses and its affiliates’ interests, as project sponsor, through all phases of the construction project.  The portfolio includes pre-construction, construction, and capital improvements.  The Project Manager will work in collaboration with a team to support the successful execution of Capital and Construction projects. This is an entry level position.
