Job Description
The Informatics Delivery Engineer provides scientific and technical expertise to support sales and ensure successful solution delivery for customers. This role spans the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales consultation and demonstrations to post-sales implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
Presales:
Engaging with sales for requirement analysis, scoping delivery, and early customer discussions to recommend tailored solutions.
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations.
Post-sales:
Analyze customer's needs, and translate this into SLIMS workflows.
Configure the SLIMS platform to match the lab's requirements.
Build plugins for connecting instruments or displaying custom forms or portals.
Act as the customer voice to influence future product design to meet customer needs.
Lead or support project delivery, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively.
Train the customer.
Script a lab's in-silico tools into our integration framework.
Deliver OpenLab (CDS) solutions along with SLIMS (LIMS) application.
Project management for OpenLab solutions and SLIMS solution delivery.
Post-delivery:
Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting to maintain customer satisfaction.
Technical support for customers' critical escalations.
Collaborate with R&D, product marketing, and support teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
- Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
- Experienced of working on laboratory solutions and applications.
- Software affinity or programming skills such as Python and Java.
- Ability to grasp customer requirements and document the requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and foster good relations with customers.
- Team-oriented perspective.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
