Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a high-performing business development professional based in Singapore who combines strong commercial acumen with a consultative sales approach. The ideal candidate will have experience selling complex solutions into corporate, insurance, healthcare, government, travel, security, or related sectors and be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. You are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and energized by building new business opportunities. You have a strong professional network, a deep understanding of client challenges, and the ability to position strategic risk solutions that deliver measurable value. Most importantly, you are motivated by growth, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to the continued expansion of a globally recognized risk management organization.
What You Will Work On
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth with a focus on Singapore and across the APAC region
Identify, qualify, and develop opportunities within corporate, insurance, healthcare, government, travel, and security markets
Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospective clients through proactive business development activities
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives, risk leaders, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to maximize market penetration and commercial success
Partner with internal subject matter experts and operational teams to design tailored solutions that address client risk management needs
Lead client presentations, commercial negotiations, and contract discussions through to successful close
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging risks to identify new opportunities for growth
Represent Crisis24 at industry conferences, networking events, and client engagements to strengthen market visibility and brand awareness
Contribute to the continued development of the APAC commercial strategy and expansion initiatives

What You Will Bring
Required
10+ years of successful business development, enterprise sales, or strategic account management experience
Demonstrated success in generating new business and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Experience selling complex solutions or professional services within security, risk management, insurance, healthcare, travel, government, consulting, or related sectors
Strong network of corporate contacts and professional relationships across relevant industries
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and key decision-makers
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and develop strategic sales approaches
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required
Preferred
Experience within security risk management, crisis response, travel risk management, intelligence, or business resilience sectors
Existing relationships with multinational corporations, insurers, healthcare organizations, government agencies, or security leaders across APAC
Understanding of technological platforms, data integration and interest in Artificial Intelligence
Experience working in a regional or international business environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Security Studies, Risk Management, or a related discipline
