Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for RxBenefits MCAP product development. The ideal candidate will have significant PBM experience (3 + years) and experience in this complex space.
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization of vended products.
- Use data-driven insights (customer feedback, usage metrics, competitive analysis) to inform product development efforts.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across executive, business, vendor and technical teams.
- Evaluate vendor options.
Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s in business administration or similar field
- Minimum 3 years of PBM experience
- Knowledge of Manufacturer copay card programs
- Curious, creative, and strategic thinker
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to become a subject matter expert
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $111,200 to $139,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
