Job Description

Position Summary
  • This position is primarily a clinical supervisor for hospital services and assures delivery of age-appropriate care.
  • He/She/They function as the in-house hospital administrator communicating problems as applicable to hospital leadership. 
  • The role is responsible for Program Planning, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Quality Assurance, Staff Development, Collaboration with Medical Staff, Hospital Leadership, Hospital Departments, and external agencies.
Minimum Requirements
  • ADN or higher required, BSN preferred 
  • Unrestricted NC RN license required or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state Health Care Provider is required.
  • American Heart Association BLS is required.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience is required
  • Progressive leadership experience is required
Pay Range
  • Hospital Supervisor II > $46.00 - $63.25
  • Final compensation is determined at the offer stage and dependent on career ladder placement.

ECU Health Beaufort Hospital serves as a campus of ECU Health Medical Center. The 142-bed full-service hospital is located in Washington and has earned national designation as a Primary Stroke Center. It is home to a 16-bed emergency department that serves approximately 25,000 patients per year, as well as the Marion L. Shepard Cancer Center – a provider of leading-edge chemotherapy and radiation therapy, among other cancer services. ECU Health Beaufort also offers general medical and surgical services, operative services, a women’s birthing center, rehabilitation services and outpatient clinics.
