Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide timely and accurate support to both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B customer service, is detail-oriented, and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Order Processing:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment
Provide order status updates and resolve customer concerns efficiently
Sales & Vendor Coordination:
Assist internal and external sales teams with order entry, quote generation, and customer requests
Place, maintain, and track purchase orders for drop-ship components
Monitor and expedite purchase orders, keeping the team informed
Business Operations Support:
Use ERP to perform essential business transactions
Work closely with the Accounting & Office Administrator Manager and General Manager to provide regular updates
Offer general office support and assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications
Customer Service Experience: Minimum 2 years in a customer service or related role (B2B preferred)
Detail-Oriented & Organized: Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-first mindset
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or P21 a plus
Reliability & Flexibility: Ability to work full-time (M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM) and adapt to evolving business needs
