
LEASING CONSULTANT (Part-Time)
Job Description
Location: Quincy Station & Glenwood Station Apartments; Westmont and Glen Ellyn, IL
Schedule: Part-time; Every Saturday; Alternating weekdays as needed for a total of 20 hours per week
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $18.00, based on experience
Incentives: Commissions on new leases
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or leasing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude.
- Leasing or property management experience preferred; Yardi experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person!
- Saturday availability required
- Flexibility to work at both communities to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage
- Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation for travel between assigned communities.

Banner Property Management is seeking a personable, motivated Part-Time Leasing Consultant to support Quincy Station Apartments in Westmont and Glenwood Station Apartments in Glen Ellyn.
These newly acquired communities offer an exciting opportunity to help shape the resident experience during an important transition period. In this dual-site role, you'll play an important part in supporting leasing operations at both communities, helping create a positive experience for prospective and current residents alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
- Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
- Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends
- Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention
